“2 to 200″
Team of 2 race to 200 total wall ball reps and 200 sit-up reps, 1:00 rounds:
A. Max rep wall balls
(One athlete does max wall balls while other does max sit-ups, alternating on the minute, keeping running tally. When reach 200 on one movement, both focus on remainder but only one works at a time.)
1. Dips – complete 60 reps in as few sets as possible, not for time.
2. Run 800m for time.
