EMOM 7 – Snatch complex:
1 set on the minute: 1 hang squat snatch + full squat snatch + overhead squat.

3 RFT:
50 Double Unders (100 singles)
10 Deadlifts 255/175 (scale to 60% 1RM deadlift)

-Rest 3:00 then-

3 RFT:
10 Bar over burpees, 2-foot jump (not facing)
10 Thrusters 105/70
