Jerks – 10:00 to practice position and speed under the bar, then find heavy single.

5 Rounds w/partner for time:
12 Deadlifts 135/95
9 Hang Power Clean
6 Push Jerks
*One partner works at a time to complete 1 full round. Alternate until each completes 5 rounds.
2:00 to complete: Run 200m then max reps sit-ups. Score is # sit-ups.
