1 minuet each

Turkish sit up( keep arms straight above you while you do a straight leg sit up, hold weight if needed)

Back extension hold

Strict toes to bar or leg raises

Side plank ( 1 min each side)

End with 6 Turkish get ups (alt sides)

100 situps
100 air squats
